At Mountain Airframe Services we accomplish repair to structural assemblies while installed into a fixture. This is done to insure that the geometric symmetry, attach point alignment, and washout tolerances are within the manufacturers specifications.

Repairs are accomplished using OEM parts.  However, many structural parts are made in-house when factory new parts are no longer available or are cost prohibitive. This capability offers some flexibility to the overall repair procedure.  This is important especially for out aging general aviation fleet, when manufacturers no longer produce certain items.
